Meet Sara - founder, owner, and creator of Stock and Petal Florist and Gifts. Her goal as Lamesa's preferred, local florist is to create a small town shopping experience, made for those born and raised in the community or just passing through, that is memorable and built on relationship and top notch customer service interaction with each client she assists.
Sara and her team strive to provide high quality style and affordable prices to each client that enters the store or calls in by phone. Stock and Petal's style and personality are one of a kind to Lamesa and its surrounding communities. The shop's friendly following has grown rather quickly with a strong leader like Sara and her amazing team that work to make sure that each design is always the best, everytime.
Sara is a Lamesa native, born and raised, who found herself on a journey back home when she decided that there had to be more to life than working for someone else who didn't quite share the same passion as she. In 2017 she took a bold leap of faith and stepped out and created Stock and Petal Florist and Gifts that has grown from a store front of a few shelves filled with glass vases to a full service flower and gift shop that has that special gift for anyone of any age and all occasions.
Growing up in a small town, you meet many people that you and your family know and it's all about community and relationship - which is what she hopes to continually cultivate each day she steps into the shop. Sara is a self-taught floral designer with no formal schooling who also has a nack for decorating and finding style through many forms. After realizing shortly after college that there was more to this nack that just a hobby, Sara flourished into building a career for herself that brings joy to so many in times of happiness as well as sorrow.
